Top Metal Songs of 2020 (Part 6)

Hello Metalheads, lets start from Europe. The Unguided is one of my 2020 discoveries. The band formed in Sweden in 2010 by former members of Sonic Syndicate. they have released 4 studio albums and this awesome song “Crown Prince Syndrome” is taken from their upcoming album “Father Shadow” which will be out on October 9th . Its a strong mix of clean and harsh vocals with a decent sounding modern production. Enjoy

The German Veteran Metalers Rage has been around since 80’s and have released lots of really good albums. their 2020 single “The Price of War 2.0” is a killer song. It’s a re-recording of the song ‘The Price Of War’ from the band’s 1995 album “Black In Mind”. It is also the first Rage release to feature new guitarists Stefan Weber (ex-Axxis) and Jean Bormann (Rage & Ruins / ex-Angelic) who were recruited following the departure of guitarist Marcos Rodriguez.

Swedish Gothic/ Doom masters Draconian have a new album on the way after 5 years, Its called “Sorrow of Sophia” and will be out on October 30, 2020, via Napalm Records. the album tittle track sounds awesome, With great atmosphere plus outstanding vocals of Heike Langhans. It should definitely be in the list.
